Put some of the meatball mixture in one hand and serve (with the spoon) meatballs of the same size and place them on a baking sheet. After picking them up, smooth them into round meatballs by rolling them gently with your hands. You can lightly wet your hands with water to prevent the meatballs from sticking together while you roll them.
