Is it better to cook meatballs on the stove or in the oven?

Baking them gives the meatballs a little more flavor without additional oil, as the outer part underneath the oven grill burns. You can bake or fry meatballs depending on your personal preference. Pan frying is faster, but baking can save some calories. We use a 1.78-inch meatball machine to roll out uniformly sized meatballs, making the process much faster.

Make sure that the meatballs reach the recommended cooking temperature for poultry by cooking them to an internal temperature of 165°F. Learn how to make meatballs in the oven for perfectly baked meatballs every time with less mess and stress, compared to the stove-fried method.
