How long can you freeze cooked meatballs and sauce?

The sauce with meatballs (but without pasta) should freeze without problems. After cooking, chill and chill the meatballs and sauce as quickly as possible (and within 2 hours after preparation) and then transfer them to airtight containers and freeze them for up to 3 months. Most cooked meatballs can be eaten in the freezer after 3 to 4 months. Of course, this assumes that they have been properly stored: cooked meatballs must be placed in an airtight container or bag before freezing.
